The Board will maintain an up-to-date list of members who have paid their dues. Members will register and signify the number of family members present. A member of the host family will also register guests. Anyone entering the pool area MUST register. Members who have not paid dues will be denied use of the pool.
1. $2.00 per child and $2.00 per adult will be charged for guests who reside in Greenville County outside of Sugar Creek with a maximum charge of $5.00 per family per visit.
2. There is no fee for out-of-state guests or relatives.
3. A member of the host family must register all guests with the pool staff.
1. All members and guests, including children, shall use the pool and facilities at their own risk. The Department of Health stipulates that all children, regardless of age, are the responsibility of the parents.
2. All bathers must have proper swim attire. No shorts or cut-offs.
3. Failure to abide by pool rules or acting in an unruly or unsafe manner will be cause for denying use of the pool. The Pool Management Company and its employees have authority to enforce the rules of the pool and suspend or restrict access to anyone who fails to follow the rules or the directions of the lifeguards.
4. The disciplinary procedures are as follows:
Minor Infractions: First Offense =Verbal Reminder
Repeat Offenses = Written Report
Major Infractions: First Offense = Written Report
First Written Report= 15 minutes out of pool.
Second Written ReportSuspension of pool privileges until parent is contacted
by pool manager.
5. The kiddy pool is limited to children six and under with a parent, guardian or host observing their activities and keeping order in the pool area.
6. Children not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper to enter the adult or kiddy pool
7. All bathers must shower before entering the pool as required by the Department of Health.
8. No Glass containers of any kind will be allowed in the pool area.
9. There will be a 10 minute adult swim every hour. Parents may carry infants into the pool at their own risk. No other children will be allowed into the pool during adult swim.
10. Only lifeguards are allowed on the lifeguard stands.
11. Any dangerous horseplay including running, pushing, wrestling, ball playing (on the pool deck) will not be tolerated and will be met with disciplinary action.
12. Only one person is allowed on the diving board at any onetime. There will be no hanging from the board and no diving or jumping to the side of the board.
13. No smoking within the enclosed pool area.
14. No pets are allowed within the enclosed pool area.
15. Admission will be denied to anyone with skin abrasions, apparent sickness or infections.
16. Swimmers are requested to remove all loose metal objects before entering the pool.

18. The diving board may be closed for games for no more than 20 minutes each two hours at the discretion of the lifeguards.
1. All members and guests shall protect chairs, tables etc., from damage due to negligence. Any property damaged by a member or guest of a member will be replaced by the responsible member or guest.
2. No member shall be permitted in the pump room or guardroom areas unless requested by the pool staff.
3. No member, other than the Board of Directors, shall give instructions to the Pool Manager or
lifeguards regarding operations or discipline within the pool area.
1. No person shall be intoxicated while on pool deck.
2. Food and soft drinks may be served on the pool deck and must be kept at lease five feet from the pool. Please discard trash in the containers provided.

4. Members and guests shall drive carefully in the parking area. All vehicles and bicycles shall be parked in the designated areas. No parking along the curb in front of the clubhouse.
5. The Recreation Association is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property on or within the areas of the swimming pool property.
6. Parents are responsible for ensuring that all family members and guests will use the provided
walkways and not cut across grass and landscaped areas.

The Pool Management Company and the Pool Manager has the authority to operate the pool in a manner so as to maintain discipline and keep pool activities going within the scope of the Rules and regulation as set forth above. . Pool parties must be arranged with the Pool Manager. Swimming after hours must be arranged with the Pool Management Company and fees for lifeguards must be paid. The Clubhouse may be rented by residents for a fee ($60).
9. These rules may be revised or modified at any time by the Board of Directors.
